Mason & Mallery Hot Honey does not have a strict expiration date. Do to the nature of the product honey can last quite a long time. We recommend enjoying your honey within 2 years for maximum flavor and freshness.

While it may crystallize over time, our honey remains safe to consume and can be reliquefied by gently warming it.

The original is balanced with a bright sweetness up front then a nice warm finish from the chilies. The XHot comes in with a little more bite being 50% hotter than the original.
